
Title - Client Acquisition Specialist – International & Domestic Markets
Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Telecallers to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers across international and domestic markets, promoting products/services, qualifying leads, and driving sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a passion for customer interaction, and the flexibility to work in different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers in international and domestic markets to promote and sell products/services.

Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and identify sales opportunities through effective communication.

Handle occasional inbound calls or follow-ups, providing accurate product/service information.

Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales or offer upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, lead status, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Use provided sales scripts effectively, while adapting messaging based on customer responses.

Address and resolve customer objections or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine scripts, improve lead quality, and share customer insights.

Stay informed about product features, pricing, promotions, and market trends relevant to both international and domestic audiences.
Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate degree is mandatory; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

Prior experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or phone-based customer engagement is an advantage.

Excellent English communication skills with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone manner.

Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.

Resilient and persistent attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.

Well-organized and capable of managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools or sales software.
